On September 17, from 10 AM to 4 PM on the second floor of Lincoln Hall, there will be a booth to register to vote. Last year, from the School of American and Global Studies initiative on Civic Engagement, the South Dakota Secretary of State Monet Johnson recognized SDSU with the Gladys Pyle award. 8. One Day for STATE
MORE THAN $3 MILLION FOR SDSU JACKRABBITS
A total of 6,126 donors came together to make One Day for STATE a resounding success on September 4. Since the celebration just over a week ago, it's been confirmed that $3,207,938 was raised for SDSU. You can view more results here.
Alumni, donors, faculty, staff, students, parents, and friends united to support SDSU, reaching the goal of 5,000 donors and once again inspiring a donor in each of the 50 states to make a gift. The event is a testament to how SDSU is made truly special by the people who call it home, and the numbers show it: over 640 students and over 1,160 faculty and staff are known to have made gifts.
The SDSU Foundation would like to specially thank all student social ambassadors who shared content through their social media platforms. You spread the word, you gave back, and, above all, you truly helped make a bold impact for SDSU!
Thank you to all who helped tackle the challenges and joined the excitement of One Day for STATE. For the ninth consecutive year, the Jackrabbit family proved that there’s nothing we can’t do when we work together.
