Warrior Wellness Week is replacing the annual campus Wellness Fair and events will be offered for a full week as opposed to one day and will taking place the week of March 15 – 19.
Events are being offered both in-person and virtually and each day will focus on a different dimension of wellness and offer programs dedicated to improving your well-being.
With the pool reopening, the Miller Wellness Center is once again offering private swimming lessons!
Fill out the Private Lessons Interest Form found on the Swimming Lessons page and our aquatics staff will contact you to pair you with an instructor and schedule a lesson time before purchasing a package.
Over 30 group fitness classes are offered each week through the Miller Wellness Center, in either Live or Virtual formats. Be sure to check the schedule to see if there's a class just for you!
