STRIVE is a sports performance training that provides the environment for athletes to achieve their goals through education, commitment, and discipline. Our programs are specific to the individual, while training in a team setting. STRIVE is for students entering grades 6-12.

Team Red, White and Blue
South Dakota State University is the first on-campus chapter for Team Red, White and Blue in the nation. Team RWB, which has nearly 200 chapters across the country, has the mission of enriching the lives of America’s veterans by connecting them to their community through physical and social activity.
Healthy Jacks® Camp takes place in the Summer of 2021 and is open to children entering grades 1-6 for the Fall 2021 semester. The typical day runs from 1 to 5 p.m., with a 12:30 p.m. drop-off and a 5 p.m. pickup time.
The Miller Wellness Center is happy to announce that they are the official training center of the Dakota Dragons of the Women's Tackle Football League!
