Energy Bites
- Stir 1 3/4 cup quick oats, 3/4 cup all-natural peanut butter, 1/3 cup honey and 1/3 cup semi-sweet dark chocolate chips in a medium bowl
- Refrigerate as many as two to three hours to thicken
- Store in airtight container or bag
- Enjoy for as many as three weeks refrigerated or six months frozen
Pro tip: Speed up the thickening process by throwing the bites in the freezer for 30 minutes.
